BIOTA Africa is a cooperative, interdisciplinary and integrative research project with partners in West, South, East Africa, Morocco, and Germany. UNDESERT is an EU-funded research project aiming at combating desertification and land degradation in order to mitigate their impacts on ecosystem services and human livelihoods in West Africa. A major objective of its Workpackage 4 is to make biodiversity related data available on the internet. More information.
